Crazy In Love

Good morning Loves!

HAPPY TUESDAY!!! :) Can you believe that it is November 1st?! Where did October go??? 

So over the last weekend we decided to gut the kitchen and paint/re-decorate. Not long into scraping & peeling the wall paper border off the walls I knew it was going to be a long weekend! lol Remind me please never to intentionally put wall paper up again!! It's not completely finished, we still have to get the new floors put in... Which I couldn't be more excited about!!! I took a few snap shots of before and after photos. Take a look and let me know what you think!?

As I mentioned before, there is still a little work to be done. But we are well on our way! I am seeing photo frames of black with photos that are black & white w/ a touch of red in them for decor! And for the valances, Black and white with paisly swarl design on them :) Something simple, but contemporary!

On another note.. I had a blast last night trick or treating with my wonderful family! I couldn't help but post a picture of my little Fairy Princess!

 I cannot beleive that another year has almost come to a close once again! Thanksgiving  & Christmas are right around the corner!!! O how I LOVE the Holidays!!!

It's Friday!!!!

Hey Ya'll it's FRIDAY!!! We FINALLY made through the week, and boy am I ready to start my weekend!!

So I have been working on my blog layout all week, which is why I haven't been "around". I think I have finally got it right! :) Please comne check it out and let me know what you think!? I would love to hear from you!

On another note... So I painted my nails the other day a pretty fall brown with a gold glitter overlay. And by day 2 (As ALWAYS) They were chipping and peeling! Anyone know any tricks or have ideas on how to make your nail polish last a bit longer ???

Also... I am SOOOOO excited about Halloween & Trick or Treat this year! Kaitlynn is finally old enough to really have fun and enjoy it. :) Plus, Her costume is ADORABLE if I do say so myelf! Check out my little Fairy Girl!!!

I don't know about ya'll but I had a great weekend. Had some nice family time at home with my two lovies

and went to Boo at th Zoo on Sunday. It was a blast! I really enjoyed spending the day with my sister and niece. And the girls had so much fun!!



And I loved being able to spend the day with my little princess! Spending time with family is always a great way to unwind and have fun :)

Today I am going to talk a little about some things that are going on on my life right now.

Work is busier than ever, and is expected to get busier with two of my colleague's leaving next week. They both are moving on to bigger and better things, and I am so happy for them! Good Luck Michelle French! I am gonna miss you girl! It has been a blast working with you and hope that you keep in touch :)



I am also in the midst of planning my little girls 2nd Birthday Party. The date is Sunday October 16th. Great friends, family and food made by yours truly!!! What's on the menu you ask??

- Texas Caviar w/ Tortilla chips for dipping!

- Cup Cakes with Cream Cheese Frosting! (can't wait to start baking!)

And the best part about it is that you can pin these ideas to your own board and save them for later! I don't know how many times I have thought to myself... Hello friends, did anyone else catch the 1st episode of this new fall searies?

It comes on Sundays at 10pm. I cought the first one last weekend, and it has to be said...

It is going to be a great series!

I love that the setting takes place in 1960, it's fun to see the how the sense of fashion/style has evolved since then. I love that the women in the show are conservitive, yet sassy! And the story line is great too. I am sure you will hear more from me next week. Can't wait for episode 2. :)

Hello Friends, do I have the best husband or what ?! I recently had a birthday over this past weekend, on the 25th of September, and this was my gift from my hubby. It caim in the mail today! Now as some of you may know this is a pretty big deal for me! That is since this is like my favorite show ever! lol Not only did I get the complete set with all 5 seasons, But I was also wined and dined! I was taken to breakfast by my wonderful inlaws as well as going out to dinner with my fabulous husband! All in all I will say it was a pretty good birthday!

Today I am going to share some of the things that I love about this time of year.

With Fall being my favorite time of year I just can't help myself! Hope you enjoy :)

I love that with the fall comes cooler weather

I love that football season is is full swing! (Goooo Buckeyes!)

I love that with the fall comes comfort foods! i.e (Chilli, soups, roasts ect) Yum!

I love that I can sit around a fire at night with my friends and family and relax! Great way to spend an evening! :)

I love that the holidays are right around the corner!!!

I love taking evening walks with the cool breeze blowing, and seeing all the colors of the leaves changing!
